Gently open the styrofoam container, ensuring no piece is left behind. Retain all packing materials until each component is identified. Gracefully remove the protective plastic from both the microscope's head and the versatile gooseneck LED lights, preparing your equipment for assembly.

Initiate the assembly by attaching the stand connector to the supportive pillar on the vertical structure, making sure the fastening knobs are tightened securely. Proceed to elegantly connect the working arm to the stand connector, then seamlessly affix the focus block connector to the microscope head. Complete the setup by aligning the working arm with the focus block connector, firmly securing them with the focus block fixing knob for a stable assembly.

Locate the power cord with precision, attach it to the microscope, and power up your sophisticated equipment by flipping the switch on the microscope stand's back. This action breathes life into your advanced research tool, readying it for exceptional performance.

II. Using the microscope

Interpupillary adjustment
Adjust the eyepiece tubes gently until you perceive a single cohesive circular field through both eyepieces. If the circles are separate, the distance is too wide; if they overlap, it's too narrow. The eyepiece tube innovatively allows for a customizable interpupillary distance ranging from 54 to 76mm, ensuring tailored viewing comfort.

Focusing the microscope
Achieve sharp clarity on your samples by expertly using the focusing knobs located on the head holder's sides. Rotate these knobs to smoothly move the microscope up or down via an innovative 'rack and pinion' system, enhancing your viewing precision.

For a crystal-clear image, utilize the focusing knob. If your sample remains unfocused within the S303/S304 pole arm's travel range, adjust the microscope head height on the vertical pillar to the ideal working distance of 230mm. Secure your settings by tightening the locking screw and support collar for a stable and precise focus.
