Introducing a formidable multifunctional composite microscope designed to unveil the minute intricacies of sample slides. Perfectly crafted for clinical doctors, ambitious high school and university science students, and fervent hobbyists yearning for exploration.
Our professional Siedentopf binocular telescope lens offers complete rotatability for seamless dual usage. It features interchangeable wide field 10X and 25X glass eyepieces. These eyepieces are ergonomically tilted at 30 degrees, minimizing neck strain, and easily adjust to various pupil distances without losing focus.
Four DIN achromatic objectives elegantly positioned in the rotating turret deliver a spectrum of six magnification levels: 40X, 100X, 250X, 400X, 1000X, and an impressive 2500X.
Illuminate your slides with brilliance using bright LED bulbs that transmit light through a meticulously adjustable Abbe condenser. Enjoy enhanced visibility with adjustable brightness while viewing sliding specimens from below. The double-layer mechanical stage, with its expansive surface area and optimized safety sliding bracket, ensures a refined slide presentation experience.
A thoughtfully crafted handle makes transporting this robust microscope effortless.
Quality Assurance: Esteemed and trusted by global microscope manufacturers, educators, researchers, and clinical doctors alike.

Assembly and Set Up
Gently unveil the microscope from its box and position it on a stable, flat surface for optimal assembly. Remove the protective plastic covers from the eyepiece holders adorning the microscope's head, and gently place the eyepieces into their designated holders. If desired, now is the opportune moment to insert the eyepiece adapter into the trinocular camera port atop the microscope. You can either introduce a third eyepiece or mount an eyepiece camera (not included) for enhanced viewing. Find the power adapter and securely attach it to the microscope. Plug it in, and invigorate your microscope by pressing the power button located at the back of the base.
Using the Microscope
Power on the microscope and use the illumination intensity control wheel to adjust the lamp to its lowest brightness setting for initial evaluation.
Securely clip a slide into the slide holder situated on the stage. Utilize the X-Y translational control knobs, conveniently placed on the right side of the stage, to maneuver the stage front to back or shift the slide holder left to right, centering the specimen over the bulb.
Adjust the binocular eyepieces, bringing them closer or farther apart until you achieve a singular, crisp image as you gaze through them. Tailor the bulb brightness to a comfortable level using the dimmer wheel to suit your viewing preference.
Always commence with the lowest power objective lens, specifically the 4X objective, perfectly centered over the stage for an optimal start. Peer through the eyepieces and gently rotate the larger coarse adjustment focus knob to bring the stage gradually closer to the objective until the image comes into focus. Once the initial image forms, transition to the refined blue fine adjustment focus knob for precise clarity or to explore the layered complexity of the specimen. Enhance image clarity further by employing the diopter adjustment control on the eyepiece holder, ensuring precision viewing. Explore additional areas of the slide by utilizing the X-Y translational control knobs, smoothly moving the slide holder once the focal point is achieved.
Elevate your magnification experience by rotating the nosepiece clockwise to engage a higher magnification objective. Exercise caution to avoid striking the slide with the objective as this could lead to damage. Should you encounter difficulty moving the objective into place without contact with the slide, utilize the coarse focus knob to lower the stage, creating ample space before increasing magnification.
Modify the focusing ring on the iris aperture diaphragm to enhance image resolution to your desired degree. Adjust the condenser's proximity to the stage manually by rotating the metal knob, allowing for precise control over lighting.
For optimal clarity with the 100X objective, employ the included immersion oil to achieve superior results. Gently rotate the nosepiece until the 100X objective is precisely poised near the specimen slide, ensuring accurate alignment for optimal observation. Proceed by placing a drop of the specially formulated immersion oil directly onto the cover slip, preparing the microscope for enhanced viewing quality. With careful precision, slowly rotate the 100X objective into its operational position, allowing it to gently contact the immersion oil for crystal-clear imagery. Expertly adjust the focus until your specimen is brought into sharp, vivid clarity, enabling detailed study and analysis. (Note: Post-experiment, it is crucial to delicately cleanse the oil from both the objective lens and cover slip using lens paper mildly dampened with ethyl or isopropyl alcohol. Remember, immersion oil is unsuitable for 4X, 10X, or 40X objectives.)
The Abbe condenser features a swing-in and swing-out filter holder, conveniently located at its base for easy access. Swing the holder outward and gently insert a pristine 32mm diameter filter, ensuring it remains free from dust, dirt, and fingerprints for optimal performance.
Attaching a camera to your microscope setup.
Insert the eyepiece adapter into the trinocular camera port atop the microscope and securely mount an eyepiece camera (not provided). For those preferring a C-mount camera (not included), unscrew the top ring from the eyepiece adapter to use it as a 1X C-mount accommodating the camera.
The trinocular port's parfocality with the eyepieces is expertly calibrated prior to shipping. Adjustments, although typically unnecessary, can be made by rotating the parfocal ring within the eyepiece adapter to tailor the adapter's height and achieve perfect parfocality.
