Discover the ultimate in precision and versatility with our powerful, multifunctional Compact Binocular Microscope. Perfectly engineered to unveil the intricate details of sample slides, this microscope is an indispensable tool for clinical doctors, high school and university science students, and devoted hobbyists alike.
Featuring an advanced Siedentopf binocular telescope, our microscope boasts a fully rotatable lens system that harmonizes perfectly with interchangeable wide field 10X and 25X glass eyepieces. Ergonomically designed with a 30-degree tilt, it minimizes neck strain while effortlessly accommodating various pupil distances, ensuring focus remains sharp and crisp.
Our microscope is equipped with four DIN achromatic objectives housed in a rotating turret, offering an impressive array of six magnification levels: 40X, 100X, 250X, 400X, 1000X, and a staggering 2500X, allowing for detailed and nuanced observations of specimens.
Illuminate your specimens with precision using our bright LED bulbs, which project light through a manually adjustable Abbe condenser. With adjustable brightness, it lights up slides from below. The double-layer mechanical stage features a generous surface and a sophisticated safety sliding bracket for optimal slide presentation and viewing.
Designed with user-friendliness in mind, our microscope includes a convenient handle for easy portability, ensuring that this robust instrument can be effortlessly transported wherever your explorations take you.

Assembly and set up
Begin by carefully unboxing the microscope and placing it securely on a stable, flat surface to ensure optimal safety and performance. Detach the plastic covers from the eyepiece holders located on the microscope's head, and seamlessly insert the eyepieces into their respective holders. If desired, insert the eyepiece adapter into the trinocular camera port atop the microscope. This allows the addition of either a third eyepiece or the mounting of an eyepiece camera (not included), expanding the microscope's functionality. Connect the power adapter to the microscope and plug it in. Activate the device by pressing the power button positioned at the rear of the base.

Using the microscope
Switch on the microscope and adjust the illumination intensity using the control wheel, initially setting the lamp to its lowest brightness for optimal visibility and eye comfort.

Securely fasten a slide into the slide holder positioned on the stage, ensuring it remains stable during examination. Utilize the X-Y translational control knobs located on the right side of the stage to maneuver the stage front to back or adjust the slide holder left to right, positioning the specimen precisely over the illumination source.

Adjust the binocular eyepieces by moving them closer together or apart until a single, unified image is visible when viewed through them. Modify the bulb brightness to a comfortable level using the dimmer wheel, tailored to your visual preference.

Begin with the lowest power objective lens-specifically the 4X objective-carefully centered over the stage to initiate your observation process. Peer through the eyepieces and gradually bring the image into focus by slowly turning the larger coarse adjustment focus knob, which adjusts the stage's proximity to the objective lens. Once the initial image appears, transition to the blue fine adjustment focus knob to enhance clarity or explore the varied layers of the specimen being examined. For further refinement, utilize the diopter adjustment control on the eyepiece holder, sharpening the image clarity to perfection. To examine different areas of the slide, employ the X-Y translational control knobs to navigate the slide holder once the specimen is in focus.

To increase magnification, carefully rotate the nosepiece clockwise to select a higher magnification objective. Take care to avoid contact between the objective and the slide to prevent damage to either component. Should the objective risk contacting the slide, adjust by lowering the stage with the coarse focus knob, providing ample space before altering magnification.

Enhance the image resolution by adjusting the focusing ring on the iris aperture diaphragm, honing in on the finest details. Manually manipulate the condenser's position relative to the stage by rotating the metal knob, achieving the ideal focus and clarity.

For superior image quality with the 100X objective, employ the provided immersion oil, ensuring optimal clarity and detail. Gently rotate the nosepiece until the 100X objective lens hovers just above the specimen slide, ensuring it's perfectly positioned for optimal viewing. Carefully apply a drop of the included immersion oil onto the cover slip, preparing the specimen for enhanced clarity and detail. With precision, slowly rotate the 100X objective lens into place, allowing it to make contact with the immersion oil, which will magnify the specimen's finest details. Adjust the focus delicately until your specimen's intricate details become crystal clear and vividly visible. (Note: Immediately following usage, ensure to gently remove the oil from the objective lens and cover slip using lens paper moistened with a small amount of ethyl or isopropyl alcohol. Avoid using immersion oil with the 4X, 10X, or 40X objectives to maintain lens integrity.)

Discover the convenience of the swing-in and swing-out filter holder, strategically located at the base of the Abbe condenser for easy access. Effortlessly swing out the filter holder, place a 32mm diameter filter into it, and maintain its pristine condition by ensuring no dust, dirt, or fingerprints touch the filter or the field lens.

Seamlessly integrate your optical setup with a camera attachment for enhanced observation and documentation.

Insert the eyepiece adapter into the trinocular camera port atop the microscope, and mount an eyepiece camera (not included) onto it. For a C-mount camera (not included), simply unscrew the top ring from the eyepiece adapter to use it as a 1X C-mount.

The parfocality between the eyepieces and the trinocular port is preset for flawless functionality. If adjustment is needed, rotate the parfocal ring in the eyepiece adapter to fine-tune the adapter's height and maintain perfect focus.
