Carefullyremovethemicroscopebodyfromtheboxandsetitonasturdy,flatsurface.Gently remove the microscope head from its protective box and securely fasten it to the body using the headlockingscrew, beingmindful not toovertighten.
Remove the protective plastic covers from the eyepiece holders on the microscope's head, thencarefully place the eyepieces into their respective holders. You may opt at this time to insert the eyepieceadapterintothetrinocularcameraportonthetopof themicroscopeandplaceeitherathird eyepiece into it or mount an eyepiece camera (not included). Secure the poweradapter, attach it to the microscope, and plug it in. Power up the microscope bypressingthepower buttonlocated on thebackofthebase.

Begin your exploration with precision! Always start with the lowest power objective lens, specifically the 4X objective, perfectly centeredover the stage. Peer through the eyepieces and bring the image into focus by graduallyturning the larger coarse adjustment focus knob, elevating the stage closer to theobjective. Then placeadropoftheincludedimmersionoilontothecoverslip.Gently and steadily, rotatethe100Xobjectiveinto place so that it delicately contacts the immersion oil.
