Carefullyremovethemicroscopebodyfromtheboxandsetitonasturdy,flatsurface.Gently remove the microscope head from its protective box and securely fasten it to the body using the headlockingscrew, beingmindful not toovertighten.
Remove the protective plastic covers from the eyepiece holders on the microscope's head, thencarefully place the eyepieces into their respective holders. You may opt at this time to insert the eyepieceadapterintothetrinocularcameraportonthetopof themicroscopeandplaceeitherathird eyepiece into it or mount an eyepiece camera (not included). Secure the poweradapter, attach it to the microscope, and plug it in. Power up the microscope bypressingthepower buttonlocated on thebackofthebase.

Adjust for a seamless viewing experience! Move the binocular eyepieces closer together or further apart until you enjoy a single, clear imagewhenyoulookthroughthem.Effortlessly adjustthebulb brightnesstoacomfortableintensitywiththe dimmer wheel, ensuring that another user can enjoy a simultaneous view throughusingan eyepiece with thetrinocularport.
Begin your exploration with precision! Always start with the lowest power objective lens, specifically the 4X objective, perfectly centeredover the stage. Peer through the eyepieces and bring the image into focus by graduallyturning the larger coarse adjustment focus knob, elevating the stage closer to theobjective. Once the image appears, switch to the blue fine adjustment focus knob to meticulouslyfine-tune for impeccable clarity or explore the various layers of the specimen you are examining. Adjustthefocusingringontheirisaperturediaphragmtochangetheresolutionof theimage. The condenser can be seamlessly moved closer to or farther from the stage by gentlyrotatingthemetalknob.
For achieving the sharpest and most precise results with the 100X objective, utilize the included immersion oil. Begin by carefully rotating thenosepiece so that the 100X objective is poised near, yet not in contact with the specimen slide. Then placeadropoftheincludedimmersionoilontothecoverslip.Gently and steadily, rotatethe100Xobjectiveinto place so that it delicately contacts the immersion oil. Adjust focus until yourspecimen comes into vivid and striking clarity. (Note: Immediately following use, always gently remove theoil from the objective lens and cover slip using lens paper moistened with a smallUse only a minimal amount of ethyl or isopropyl alcohol to maintain the pristine condition of your objectives. The sophisticated swing-in and swing-out filter holder is strategically positioned at the bottom of the Abbe condenser. Gently swing it outwards and precisely place a 32mm diameter filter into the holder. Ensure the filter and the field lens remain untouched by dust, dirt, or fingerprints, preserving crystal-clear clarity.

The parfocality between the eyepieces and the trinocular port is expertly preset beforeshipment to guarantee superior performance right out of the box.
