Assembly and set up

Detach the protective plastic cover from the eyepiece holder situated on the microscope's head, and insert an eyepiece. Identify the power adapter, connect it to the microscope, and plug it in. Activate the microscope by pressing the power button.
Using the microscope
Power up the microscope and select the lower lamp setting. Utilize the illumination intensity control dimming handwheel to adjust the lamp to its lowest brightness setting for optimal viewing.
Carefully secure your slide using the stage's slide clips, ensuring stability during observation.
Adjust the monocular head to either the forward- or backward-facing position according to your viewing comfort. Peer through the eyepiece and modify the bulb's brightness to a pleasing level using the dimmer wheel.
Begin your observation by centering the lowest magnification objective lens over the stage, specifically the 4x objective. Gaze through the eyepiece and gradually bring the image into focus by gently turning the larger coarse adjustment focus knob, drawing the stage closer to the objective.
Upon achieving a clear image, transition to the blue fine adjustment focus knob for precision refinement, enhancing clarity or revealing intricate layers of the specimen under examination. Move the slide manually across the stage to explore various sections of the specimen slide.
To increase magnification, rotate the nosepiece clockwise to engage a higher magnification objective. Exercise caution to avoid contact with the slide. If necessary, use the coarse focus knob to lower the stage, creating adequate space before switching magnifications.
*For incident mode usage, switch to the upper light embedded in the body's illumination. Position a solid specimen (such as hair, pollen, etc.) on the stage, ensuring the objective lenses are set to the lowest magnification. Follow the focusing procedure to observe magnified details.

Maintain your microscope in pristine condition by storing it in a cool, dry environment. The dust cover serves as an essential safeguard when the microscope is not in use. For cleaning, employ a soft brush or compressed air to gently dislodge dust, avoiding direct contact with optical surfaces. Refrain from disassembling optical components.
