Carefullyremovethemicroscopebodyfromtheboxandsetitonasturdy,flatsurface.Gently remove the microscope head from its protective box and securely fasten it to the body using the headlockingscrew, beingcareful not toovertighten.
Remove the protective plastic covers from the eyepiece holders on the microscope's head, thencarefully place the eyepieces into their respective holders. You may choose at this time to insert the eyepieceadapterintothetrinocularcameraportonthetopof themicroscopeandplaceeitherathird eyepiece into it or mount an eyepiece camera (not included). Secure the poweradapter, attach it to the microscope, and plug it in. Power up the microscope bypressingthepower buttonlocated on thebackofthebase.

Commence your exploration with precision! Always initiate with the lowest power objective lens, specifically the 4X objective, perfectly alignedover the stage. Peer through the eyepieces, and bring the image into focus by graduallyturning the larger coarse adjustment focus knob, raising the stage closer to theobjective. Once the image becomes clear, switch to the blue fine adjustment focus knob to meticulouslyfine-tune for exceptional clarity or delve into the intricate layers of the specimen. Carefully adjustthefocusingringontheirisaperturediaphragmtofinely tunetheresolutionof theimage. Ingeniously, the condenser can be manually adjusted closer to or farther from the stage byrotatingthemetalknob.
For the absolute sharpest and most precise results with the 100X objective, employ the included immersion oil. Begin by rotating thenosepiece so that the 100X objective is near, but not in contact with the specimen slide. Then carefully placeadelicate dropoftheprovidedimmersionoilontothecoverslip.Gently and steadily, rotatethe100Xobjectiveinto position ensuring it makes contact with the immersion oil. Adjust focus meticulously until yourspecimen comes into superb vivid clarity. (Important: Immediately after use, always gently clean theDelicately remove oil from the objective lens and cover slip using lens paper moistened with a minimal amount of ethyl or isopropyl alcohol.Be cautious to avoid using immersion oil with the 4X, 10X, or 40X objectives to maintain pristine clarity and performance.objectives.)objectives.)
The swing-in and swing-out filter holder is precisely located at the base of the Abbe condenser. Gently swing it out to place a 32mm diameter filter into it. Ensure the filter and field lens remain pristine, free from dust, dirt, or fingerprints.
