Carefullyremovethemicroscopebodyfromtheboxandsetitonasturdy,flatsurface.Gently remove the microscope head from its protective box and securely fasten it to the body using the headlockingscrew, beingmindful not toovertighten.
Remove the protective plastic covers from the eyepiece holders on the microscope's head, thencarefully place the eyepieces into their respective holders. You may opt at this time to insert the eyepieceadapterintothetrinocularcameraportonthetopof themicroscopeandplaceeitherathird eyepiece into it or mount an eyepiece camera (not included). Secure the poweradapter, attach it to the microscope, and plug it in. Power up the microscope bypressingthepower buttonlocated on thebackofthebase.

Adjust for an unparalleled viewing experience! Move the binocular eyepieces closer together or further apart until you achieve a single, crystal-clear imagewhenyoulookthroughthem.Effortlessly adjustthebulb brightnesstoacomfortableintensitywiththe dimmer wheel, ensuring that another observer can enjoy a concurrent view throughusingan eyepiece with thetrinocularport.
Embark on your exploration with precision! Always begin with the lowest power objective lens, specifically the 4X objective, perfectly centeredover the stage. Look through the eyepieces and bring the image into sharp focus by graduallyturning the larger coarse adjustment focus knob, elevating the stage closer to theobjective. Once the image is visible, switch to the blue fine adjustment focus knob to meticulouslyfine-tune for exceptional clarity or explore the intricate layers of the specimen you are examining. You mayalsousethediopteradjustmentcontrolontheeyepieceholderatthistimeto furtherenhance

Adjustthefocusingringontheirisaperturediaphragmtochangetheresolutionof theimage. The condenser can be manually moved closer to or farther from the stage byrotatingthemetalknob.
For the sharpest and most accurate results with the 100X objective, make use of the included immersion oil. Begin by rotating thenosepiece so that the 100X objective is near, but not touching the specimen slide. Then placeadropoftheincludedimmersionoilontothecoverslip.Gently and steadily, rotatethe100Xobjectiveinto place so that it makes contact with the immersion oil. Adjust focus until yourspecimen comes into vivid clarity. (Note: Immediately following use, always gently remove theGently cleanse oil residue from the objective lens and cover slip using lens paper lightly moistened with a modest amount of ethyl or isopropyl alcohol.
