Unlock the wonders of the microscopic world with our dynamic and versatile multifunctional composite microscope. Expertly crafted to reveal intricate details of sample slides, it is the ideal companion for clinical doctors, ambitious high school and university science students, and dedicated hobbyists with a passion for exploration.
Experience unparalleled optical precision with our professional Siedentopf binocular telescope lens. Fully rotatable and designed for seamless collaboration, it features interchangeable wide field 10X and 25X glass eyepieces. Ergonomically set at a 30-degree tilt, it ensures comfort by reducing neck strain and allows easy adaptation to varying pupil distances without compromising focus.
Harness the power of precision with four DIN achromatic objectives mounted on a rotating turret, providing you with six variable magnification levels: 40X, 100X, 250X, 400X, 1000X, and 2500X, ensuring you see every detail with absolute clarity.
Illuminate your discoveries with bright, energy-efficient LED bulbs that transmit light through a manually adjustable Abbe condenser. This light system beautifully illuminates sliding specimens from below, offering adjustable brightness for tailored observations. The double-layer mechanical stage boasts a spacious surface area, coupled with an optimized safety sliding bracket for secure and precise slide presentation viewing.
Conveniently designed for portability, the robust microscope features a practical handle for easy transportation, ensuring you can take your research anywhere.

Assembly and set up
Gently unbox the microscope and place it securely on a stable, flat surface to ensure a balanced setup. Remove the protective plastic covers from the eyepiece holders located on the microscope head, then carefully insert the eyepieces into their corresponding holders. At this point, you may choose to enhance your setup by inserting the eyepiece adapter into the trinocular camera port atop the microscope, allowing the placement of a third eyepiece or the attachment of an eyepiece camera (not included). Locate the power adapter, connect it to the microscope, then plug it into a power source. Activate the microscope by pressing the power button located on the back of the base.

Using the microscope
Power on the microscope and utilize the illumination intensity control wheel to set the lamp to its lowest brightness setting for initial adjustments.

Securely clip a slide into the slide holder positioned on the stage to begin your examination. Employ the X-Y translational control knobs situated on the right side of the stage to maneuver the stage forward and backward or the slide holder left and right, centering the specimen over the light source.

Adjust the spacing between the binocular eyepieces until a single, unified image appears as you gaze through them. Set the bulb brightness to a comfortable level using the dimmer wheel for optimal viewing.

Begin with the lowest power objective lens, specifically the 4X objective, carefully centered over the stage for an initial wide field of view. Peer through the eyepieces and bring your specimen into focus by gently turning the larger coarse adjustment focus knob, moving the stage closer to the objective lens. Once an image is visible, refine it using the blue fine adjustment focus knob to enhance clarity or explore the specimen's various layers in detail. For additional refinement, adjust the diopter control on the eyepiece holder to achieve superior image clarity. Explore different sections of the slide by utilizing the X-Y translational control knobs to adjust the slide holder's position once the specimen is focused.

Increase your magnification by gradually rotating the nosepiece clockwise to select a higher magnification objective. Exercise caution to avoid contact with the slide that could potentially damage both the slide and the objective. If the objective cannot be moved into position without risking contact with the slide, use the coarse focus knob to lower the stage and create sufficient space before adjusting magnification.

Fine-tune the image's resolution by adjusting the focusing ring on the iris aperture diaphragm. Adjust the condenser's proximity to the stage by rotating the metal knob, optimizing light focus as needed.

To achieve the highest quality results with the 100X objective, make use of the included immersion oil for enhanced resolution. Gently rotate the nosepiece so that the 100X objective lens is positioned near, but not yet touching, the specimen slide. This careful maneuver prepares you for a precise and detailed observation, bringing you closer to a world of discovery. Apply a drop of the premium immersion oil, included with your microscope, onto the cover slip. This vital step ensures superior clarity and enhances the quality of your observations. Slowly and delicately maneuver the 100X objective into its final position, allowing it to make careful contact with the immersion oil. This technique unlocks the full potential of your microscope's powerful magnification. With precision, adjust the focus until your specimen emerges into sharp, vivid clarity, allowing you to explore its intricate details with ease and precision. (Note: After each session, meticulously and gently clean the oil from the objective lens and cover slip. Use lens paper dampened with a small amount of ethyl or isopropyl alcohol for the task. Avoid using immersion oil with the 4X, 10X, or 40X objectives.)

The innovative swing-in and swing-out filter holder is strategically positioned at the bottom of the Abbe condenser, designed for swift adjustments and enhanced performance. Carefully swing out the filter holder to insert a 32mm diameter filter, ensuring no dust, dirt, or fingerprints mar the pristine quality of the filter and field lens.

Integrating a Camera Attachment

Secure the eyepiece adapter into the trinocular camera port atop the microscope, and seamlessly mount an eyepiece camera (not included). For C-mount cameras (not included), simply unscrew the top ring from the eyepiece adapter to utilize it as a 1X C-mount, embracing versatility.

The parfocality between eyepieces and the trinocular port is expertly preset to perfection before shipment. Adjustments are rarely needed, but if necessary, rotate the parfocal ring in the eyepiece adapter for precise height and parfocality alignment.
