Experience the power and versatility of our multifunctional composite microscope, meticulously designed for observing intricate details on sample slides. Perfect for clinical doctors, science students from high schools and universities, and passionate hobbyists seeking precision and clarity in their explorations.
Our professional Siedentopf binocular telescope lenses are fully rotatable and seamlessly work in harmony. Equipped with interchangeable wide field 10X and 25X glass eyepieces, they are fixed at an ergonomic 30-degree angle to alleviate neck strain. This design ensures effortless adaptation to various interpupillary distances without sacrificing focus, providing a tailored viewing experience.
Explore a world of magnification with four DIN achromatic objectives mounted on a rotating turret, offering six distinct levels of magnification: 40X, 100X, 250X, 400X, 1000X, and an astounding 2500X for unparalleled detail in your observations.
Illuminate your specimens with precision using bright LED bulbs that channel light through a manually adjustable Abbe condenser. This setup provides brilliant illumination from beneath, with adjustable brightness to suit your needs. The double-layer mechanical stage, featuring a generous surface area and a safety-optimized sliding bracket, ensures smooth and secure slide presentation viewing.
Designed for convenience, the robust handle makes carrying this sturdy microscope effortlessly simple.
Quality Assurance: Rely on a product trusted by leading global microscope manufacturers, educators, researchers, and clinical professionals, ensuring reliability and excellence in every use.

Assembly and Set-Up
Begin by carefully removing the microscope from its packaging and placing it on a stable, flat surface to ensure optimal performance. Detach the protective plastic covers from the eyepiece holders located on the microscope's head, then insert the eyepieces into the holders for a ready-to-use setup. At this stage, you may opt to insert the eyepiece adapter into the trinocular camera port situated atop the microscope. This allows for the addition of a third eyepiece or the mounting of an optional eyepiece camera. Locate the power adapter, connect it to your microscope, and plug it in. Activate your microscope by pressing the power button located at the base's rear.

Using the Microscope
Switch on your microscope, then utilize the illumination intensity control wheel to set the lamp to the lowest brightness setting, providing a gentle light introduction.

Secure your slide by clipping it into the holder on the stage to ensure steady and precise examination. Employ the X-Y translational control knobs on the stage's right side to move the stage front to back or the slide holder left to right, centering the specimen precisely over the bulb for optimal illumination.

Adjust the binocular eyepieces by moving them closer or further apart until you achieve a single, clear image through both eyepieces. Tailor the bulb brightness to your comfort level using the dimmer wheel, ensuring optimal lighting conditions for detailed observation.

Initiate your observation with the lowest power objective lens, the 4X, centered over the stage for a broad view of your specimen. Peer through the eyepieces and gently bring your image into focus by slowly turning the larger coarse adjustment focus knob to raise the stage toward the objective. Once the image appears, switch to the blue fine adjustment focus knob to refine clarity further, enabling you to discern the various layers of your specimen. Enhance image clarity even more by utilizing the diopter adjustment control on the eyepiece holder, tailoring the view to your precise visual needs. Explore other areas of your slide by navigating with the X-Y translational control knobs, moving the slide holder as needed once the specimen is focused.

Elevate magnification levels by rotating the nosepiece clockwise to a higher objective. Exercise caution to prevent contact between the objective and slide, which could cause damage to both. Should you encounter difficulty positioning objectives without contact, adjust by lowering the stage using the coarse focus knob, creating ample space before altering magnification.

Refine image resolution by adjusting the focusing ring on the iris aperture diaphragm to suit your viewing preferences. The condenser's position can be adjusted manually, moving it closer or farther from the stage using the rotating metal knob, providing versatility in lighting conditions.

For optimal results when using the 100X objective, apply the included immersion oil to enhance image clarity and detail. Gently rotate the nosepiece to bring the 100X objective lens near the specimen slide, ensuring it does not make contact just yet. Carefully apply a single drop of the provided immersion oil onto the cover slip, preparing for precise observation. Delicately rotate the 100X objective into place, allowing it to come into perfect contact with the immersion oil for optimal clarity. Adjust the fine focus meticulously until the specimen reveals itself in sharp, clear detail. (Important Note: Right after using, ensure to gently cleanse the oil from the objective lens and cover slip using lens paper slightly dampened with ethyl or isopropyl alcohol. Refrain from using immersion oil with 4X, 10X, or 40X objectives.)

Within the sophisticated Abbe condenser lies the versatile swing-in and swing-out filter holder at its base. Swing the holder outwards and gently position a pristine 32mm diameter filter into it, ensuring no dust, dirt, or fingerprints touch the filter or the field lens.

Seamlessly Mounting a Camera Attachment

Insert the eyepiece adapter into the trinocular camera port atop the microscope. Directly attach an eyepiece camera (not included). For a C-mount camera (not included), simply remove the top ring from the eyepiece adapter to convert it into a versatile 1X C-mount.

The exceptional parfocality between the eyepieces and the trinocular port has been precisely calibrated before shipment, eliminating the need for adjustments. If required, adjust the parfocal ring on the eyepiece adapter to fine-tune the height position and achieve desired parfocality.
