I. Assembling the Microscope
Components of the S7 Series Microscopes are meticulously packaged separately to ensure optimal protection during transit. Gently unpack the Styrofoam casing, taking care that no parts remain attached to packaging materials being removed. Retain all packing materials until all components are fully identified and verified, ensuring nothing is misplaced.
Handle components with care, especially optical lenses, avoiding direct contact with lens surfaces. Fingerprints and grease could compromise image clarity.
Ensure microscope assembly is conducted on a flat and stable surface to maintain stability and performance during operation.
II. Using the Microscope
Interpupillary Adjustment
Adjust the eyepiece tubes until you perceive a singular circular field through both eyepieces, offering a seamless viewing experience. If two separate circles appear, the interpupillary distance needs reduction; if circles overlap, the distance is insufficient and requires widening. The eyepiece tube allows adjustment of interpupillary distance from 54 to 76mm, suiting a variety of users.
Focusing the Microscope
Focus on the specimen using the dual side focusing knobs. These adjust the microscope's vertical movement via a precise 'rack and pinion' mechanism. Adjust tension with the knob within the right focusing knob.
Begin with the highest magnification for focusing. If clarity is lacking, adjust the microscope's height on the pole. Secure this with the locking screw and support collar afterwards.

- Five (5) Year Warranty for Microscopes: Covers manufacturing defects; excludes normal wear, maintenance, accessories, unauthorized repairs, accidents, alterations, shipping, misuse, or abuse.
- One (1) Year Warranty for Electrical and Video Components. Excludes consumables like bulbs, batteries, fuses, and cords.
