Product Description

Compact Microscope with Rotatable Binoculars for Young ScientistsCompact Microscope with Rotatable Binoculars for Young Scientists
Introducing a formidable multifunctional composite microscope, meticulously crafted for those keen to explore the intricate details within sample slides. Whether you're a clinical doctor, a high school or university science student, or a passionate hobbyist, this microscope is your perfect companion in scientific discovery.
Our advanced Siedentopf binocular telescope lens is designed for full rotation, offering seamless usage. Paired with interchangeable wide field 10X and 25X glass eyepieces, each lens is set at an ergonomic 30-degree tilt, minimizing neck strain while ensuring flawless adaptation to various pupil distances, without compromising on focus.
Equipped with a rotating turret, our microscope features four precision-engineered DIN achromatic objectives. This setup provides an impressive range of six magnification levels: 40X, 100X, 250X, 400X, 1000X, and an astounding 2500X for detailed observation.
Illuminate your specimens with brilliance using the bright LED bulbs, which channel light through a manually adjustable Abbe condenser. This setup ensures optimal illumination of your slides from below, with brightness you can adjust to your liking. The double-layer mechanical stage boasts a generous surface area, coupled with a safety-optimized sliding bracket for unparalleled slide presentation and viewing.
Effortlessly portable, our microscope is designed with a convenient handle, making it easy for users to carry this sturdy scientific instrument wherever their curiosity leads them.
Quality Assurance: Our microscope stands as a hallmark of trust, endorsed by global giants in microscope manufacturing, educators, researchers, and clinical doctors alike. It's your assurance of excellence and precision.

Assembly and set up
To begin, gently extract the microscope from its packaging and place it on a stable, flat surface to ensure optimal setup conditions. Carefully remove the protective plastic covers from the eyepiece holders located on the microscope's head, then proceed to insert the eyepieces securely into their holders. At this stage, consider inserting the eyepiece adapter into the trinocular camera port situated at the top of the microscope. This allows for the addition of a third eyepiece or the mounting of an eyepiece camera (sold separately). Find the power adapter and connect it to the microscope. Once attached, plug it in and bring the microscope to life by pressing the power button located on the back of the base.

Using the microscope
Switch on the microscope and skillfully adjust the lamp's brightness to its lowest setting using the illumination intensity control wheel for a gentle start.

Secure your specimen by clipping a slide into the slide holder, firmly positioned on the stage. Utilize the X-Y translational control knobs on the stage's right side. These allow you to move the stage from front to back or shift the slide holder from left to right, ensuring your specimen is perfectly centered over the bulb.

Adjust the binocular eyepieces, moving them closer or further apart until your eyes perceive a single, cohesive image when peering through them. Tailor the bulb's brightness to your comfort using the dimmer wheel, ensuring an optimal viewing experience.

Begin your examination with the lowest power objective lens, specifically the 4X objective, carefully centered over the stage for initial observation. Peer through the eyepieces and gradually bring the image into sharp focus by turning the larger coarse adjustment focus knob. This action brings the stage closer to the objective, revealing your specimen's intricacies. Once the primary image forms, transition to using the blue fine adjustment focus knob. This enables you to fine-tune for greater clarity and explore the subtle layers of your specimen. You may also wish to employ the diopter adjustment control on the eyepiece holder. This feature further refines image clarity, enhancing your viewing experience. Navigate across different sections of the slide by employing the X-Y translational control knobs, allowing for comprehensive exploration once the specimen is in focus.

To increase magnification, carefully rotate the nosepiece clockwise to a higher magnification objective. Exercise caution to avoid contact with the slide, preventing potential damage to both the glass slide and the objective. If space is an issue, gently use the coarse focus knob to lower the stage and create adequate room before adjusting to a higher magnification setting.

Fine-tune the image resolution by adjusting the focusing ring on the iris aperture diaphragm, achieving the sharpest possible view. Adjust the condenser's positioning by manually moving it closer or farther from the stage using the metal knob, optimizing light focus.

For exceptional clarity with the 100X objective, apply the included immersion oil for enhanced resolution and detail. Gently rotate the nosepiece until the 100X objective comes close to your specimen slide, without directly touching it. Next, carefully place a drop of the provided immersion oil onto the cover slip, ensuring even distribution for optimal viewing. Delicately rotate the 100X objective into position, allowing it to make contact with the immersion oil, enhancing the clarity of your observation. Adjust the focus with precision until your specimen is presented in crystal-clear detail. (Important: After use, promptly and gently clean the oil from the objective lens and cover slip using a lens paper moistened with a small amount of ethyl or isopropyl alcohol. Avoid using immersion oil with the 4X, 10X, or 40X objectives to maintain their integrity.)

The Abbe condenser features a versatile swing-in and swing-out filter holder located at its base. Swing the holder out carefully, and insert a 32mm diameter filter, taking meticulous care to prevent any dust, dirt, or fingerprints from marring the filter and field lens.

Camera Attachment Setup

Insert the eyepiece adapter into the microscope's trinocular camera port and securely mount an eyepiece camera (not included) atop it. For a seamless C-mount camera (not included) usage, remove the top ring from the eyepiece adapter, transforming it into a 1X C-mount.

The parfocality between the eyepieces and the trinocular port has been expertly preset for your convenience and should remain stable. Should adjustments be required, simply rotate the parfocal ring in the eyepiece adapter to fine-tune the height position and achieve precise parfocality.
